HIT (Hospitality Industry Timisoara)
is an independent, non-profit association of owners
and managers of hotels, restaurants, catering firms, cafes and clubs from the city of Timisoara, western Romania. At
present the membership of the association numbers 79 businesspeople.
HIT was founded on the 7th of May, 2004. Its aims
are to promote, protect and represent the interests of its members in Romania and internationally.
HIT's mission is
to foster the development, within the next 3 years, of Timisoara's hospitality industry into one of the best managed
and prosperous industries of its kind in Romania and the region.
